SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently experiencing shipping delays. The estimated order fulfillment timeframe is up to 7 business days. This does not include shipping time.

USPS pickup occurs every Thursday and Saturday

Packages that are marked “returned to sender" will be refunded and the shipping cost will be deducted from this refund. We are not responsible for packages that have incorrect, incomplete or insufficient addresses provided to us by the customer during check out. 

Packages marked "delivered" or "abandoned" are not eligible for refund nor replacement.

Sacred Botanica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this circumstance, you must file a claim with the courier directly.
