*We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or for incorrect items shipped. In these circumstances, we must be notified by email at sacredbotanica@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

**Unopened domestic packages marked 'Return To Sender' will be refunded, with the cost of shipping deducted from the refund. International packages refused at customs will not be refunded.
